NSENGIMANA J.D'amour  aka Snoop, is a young ,passionate rugby player, was born in Rwanda  on the 2nd of October 1989 .

He did start his rugby career in high school, exactly in Groupe scolaire St Joseph de Kabgayi in the southern province of Rwanda in 2006.The  23 years old rugby player is commonly known by his steps,runs and the aggressive ability that he has while playing ,really sharp mind and quick thinking guy,he enjoys playing rugby 7's, because he likes to see people showing their skills ,either steps ,runs, hits and fitness.

He also believe that one day, people in Rwanda will get to know the game of rugby and it will get bigger and bigger. He says:"the rugby federation has to do something, because there are many young people who have the passion of the game! who can really play the game in a standard level once they are given the support and basics requirements."
In just 5 to 6 years rugby experience,Nsengimana J d'amour was recently selected to represent his country in the junior tournament in Kenya were he helps the team to get to the final and get the runners up trophy.He loves rugby because he believe that it is not just a GAME but it is a school where you he learned about LIFE,PEOPLE,FUN,CARE,RESPECT,SUPPORT,PASSION and most of all the UNION between each other.

I am sure that this young man among many others that we will be introducing to you one by one, him and his team mates are more than sure that they will have many thing to show in the future.

He is also encouraging the rugby community either in Rwanda or else where in the world , to come and  give a hand and any support to rugby players in Rwanda and they will surprise the world!!

Rugby fans and supporters all over the world are working together as a TEAM,that is why I think every where,the rugby family is called a UNION.
It is so, because the game brings people together, young and old, women and men,African people, Europeans,Americans,Asians and all the people in this planet.

As Rwandan, we can built our rugby future, not only for our own ,but also with the help of others who   love the game in general and especially by working together with the FRIEND of RWANDA RUGBY (FoRR), who are truly doing great to promote rugby in Rwanda ,by organizing tournaments around the country, by empowering rugby officers and help them to cover their everyday's life expenses.
The FoRR is a charity that supports schools and community participation in the game of rugby,to promote reconciliation and to encourage a healthy  and active lifestyle among the Rwandan people.

We do appreciate,what the charity has done and keeps doing to promote Rwanda rugby and to bring people together.So let us work together for the better future!!!

And in the mean time, the Rwanda rugby junior team that was in the Safaricom 7's, is now in Uganda to play in another tournament the team was invited in.
Unfortunately we do not have any news about the games and the team performance,no info from the officials or players.We will keep you informed and we wish the young boys all the best!!.
