The Rwanda rugby team returned back from the Safaricom 7's on tuesday after showing a great performance and improvement in front of the African rugby community and the world .
Everybody who watched the game,I mean coaches,fans,journalists,etc...said the Rwandan side impressed them by it's performance and it's discipline on and off the field BUT they also said that the team needs a very good preparation as other naational teams,a good trainer ,I mean a coach that is qualified and who knows to manage well the team and have a vision for it,just a coach who love the game of rugby because,they said:"the Rwandan side has a great potential in rugby 7 and just needs a lot more of practice.
The silver backs lost against Uganda(twice),Kenya,Grenoble(fr),Mwanba(ken) and beat Tanzania in the shield's semi final.
Some players were outstanding in the field,like:Aime Ndahirwa,Cambara Coco Marcel,Olivier Uwamahoro,Didier Kamanzi ,Bikamba Lucien and Akami Makombe Benjamin.Now the team is back to training again for the Hima 10's in Kampala in next two weeks!!
